If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms of Service constitute your entire agreement with us. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, disclaimers and policies at any time.
 

Terms of Subscription

Johnny-Castle.com will maintain and add images and text to password protected files on the World Wide Web at a domain called "Johnny-Castle.com," allowing subscribers in good standing to various subscription programs full access to said files via their own internet connections 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Johnny-Castle.com cannot be responsible for occasional disruptions of service caused by isp failures, maintenance windows, temporary service outages or host server failures. Due to the exhibition of undraped frontal nudity and sexually suggestive themes in imagery, subscription to this website is limited to adults; i.e., persons of legal age in the jurisdiction of their residence. These Terms of Subscription apply in addition to the Terms of Service appearing just above on this page.
